We can ship SOAR™ CBD products to every state of the United States other than Iowa and Idaho. If you reside in either of those states, please subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know when we can ship directly to you.
With our standard orders we offer a shipping for a flat fee of $5. Spend $45 or more and shipping is free! You’ll get a tracking number sent to your email the moment your order ships.
We fulfill all of our subscription orders during the first week of every month. Subscription orders all ship for free. Tracking numbers are sent to your email the moment your subscription is sent. Easy.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY SOAR™ CBD PRODUCTS TO ARRIVE?
We ship directly from our warehouse in Minnesota. If your order is placed by noon CST during any business day, it will be shipped the same day! We make sure it goes out the next business day if you place after 1pm CST. We want you to get your (products) as soon as possible so you can expect your package to arrive within three (3) business days. Please contact us if your package has not arrived within 5 business days.
HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY SOAR™ CBD PRODUCTS?
Like many vitamins, supplements and additives, SOAR™ CBD products have not been evaluated by the FDA. And we can therefore make no claims as to any benefits you may experience from our products. Your choice to purchase is based upon your own opinions regarding any benefits our products may provide. We will always do our best to provide you with the resources you need to make the best decision for you. That being said, SOAR™ CBD products purchased through our site come with a 10-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you with a return authorization number. With that number, you can return any unused portion of your product. Unopened product may be returned up to 30-days from date of receipt. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING?
All SOAR™ CBD products are quality tested and inspected, before they leave our fulfillment center. Please inspect your order the moment it arrives with you to ensure it was not damaged during shipping. If you see any damage, or suspect the package has been tampered with, please contact us immediately via team@experienceSOAR.com. We must hear from you within 48 hours of delivery to resolve any issues you may have.
