Recipe: Healthy Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake

This Healthy Chocolate Peppermint Protein Shake satisfies any sweet tooth, without all the added sugar, and gives you a boost of energy and focus to start your day. What you’ll need:

1 large banana, frozen

6 ice cubes

1 ¼ cup unsweetened vanilla oat milk (or milk/non-dairy alternative of choice)

1 scoop chocolate protein powder

1 dropperful Energy Enhanced CBG Peppermint Tincture

2 tbsp cocoa powder

¼-½ tsp pure peppermint extract (peppermint extract varies in potency; start low and add in to taste)

Top it off: non-dairy whipped cream, cacao nibs or dark chocolate chips
